How to make payment:
- Visit www.iglonline.net and click on "Online Bill Pay."
- Enter customer's "Business Partner No." and "Password". If you are a new user, register your customer first.
- View your customer's bill details by clicking on "View" or else click on "Pay Your Bill Online".
- View the customer's amount to be paid by clicking on "Pay Now".
- Select "Cash Card" as payment option, select "ItzCash Card" and click on "Submit".
- Enter your ICW Master account no. (12 digits) and password (4 digits) and click on "Continue".

Now queues will line up at your outlet. ItzCash has tied up with Punjab State Electricity Board so ICW's can now make easy bill payments for customer's PSEB electricity bills.
Here's how you can make payments for them:
- Visit www.pspcl.in and click on "Online Bill" and further select "Online Payment" options.
- Enter customer's name and password and click on "Submit". If you are a new user, register your customer first.
- View your customer's bill details by clicking on "Account No." or else click on "Pay Bill" after checking bill details.
- Click on "Click to Proceed" after verifying bill details and select ItzCash as payment option and click "Submit".
- Enter your ICW Master account no. (12 digits) and Password (4 digits) and click on "Continue".
- Note down the transaction ID for your customer and take a printout of the confirmation page for your customer's future reference.

 After introducing property tax payment services to ICW's in Delhi, Mumbai and Guwahati, ItzCash now brings the service to ICW's of Chennai. Now pay property tax for your customers instantly and earn more for every payment.
How to pay:
- Visit www.chennaicorporation.gov.in and click on "Property Tax Payment".
- Click on "Property Tax Online Payment" and enter property details for your customers and click on "Submit".
- View your customer's property details.
- Enter customers email id, select the amount to be paid, accept terms and condition and click on "Pay Online".
- Selects "ItzCash Card" as "Payment Option" and click on "Submit".
- Enter your ICW Master account no. (12 digits) and password (4 digits) and click on continue.
- Note down the transaction ID for your customer's reference and take a printout of the confirmation page for customer's future reference.

 After successfully introducing Rail & Air e- ticket booking for ICW's, ItzCash now introduces MSRTC online e-ticket booking facility, what an excellent opportunity to give additional source of income for our ICW's.
How to book:
- Visit www.msrtc.gov.in to book tickets online and click on "e-ticket reservation".
- Enter username and password and click on "Login". If you are a new user than click on "New User" and register.
- Enter the bus details and click on "Search". Select the route and bus from the list as per your customer's convenience and click on "Get fare".
- Enter boarding, alighting and passenger details and then click on "Go".
- You will see ticket booking details, accept terms and conditions and click on "Make Payment".
- Select "ItzCash" as a payment option and click on "Submit".
- Enter ICW Master account no. (12 digits) and password (4 digits) then click on "Continue".
- E- Ticket will be generated, take a print of this and give to the customer for reference.

I'd like to start by thanking all the ICW's for their constant support, which has led ItzCash to become the undisputed leader for 5th continuous month amongst all the payment gateways for IRCTC E-ticketing. This month ItzCash had some prestigious associations like Punjab State Electricity Board, Indraprastha Gas Limited, Chennai Municipal Corporation and Maharashtra State Road Transport thus providing more earning opportunities for our franchisee partners. We are continuously striving to bring more such tie ups for increased earning opportunities for our franchisees. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the highly efficient New SAM (Self Activation Module) and EAS (Electronic Accounting System), which will enable our ICW's to generate detailed reports to monitor their daily activities better than never before.
I would like to make an earnest request to all our franchisees to strictly follow the guidelines as laid out by IRCTC that any TDR which is filed by you needs to have a written request for filing the same in the form of an email or letter from the passenger stating the reason why the TDR needs to be filed, along with copy of photo ID i.e. Pan Card, Driving License or voter ID of the passenger. This is required specially as IRCTC has started checking with the customer and in some random cases may even ask for the customer's written request/mail for releasing the TDR reimbursement.
