ICW Master Account has a 12 digit account number and a 4 digit password at the back of the card. This account no. and password is necessary for online and on mobile transactions.

No, this is neither a credit card nor a debit card. It is a multipurpose prepaid account, but has similar use like cash when paying online and on mobile which do not accept cash.

Scratch the scratch area of the ICW Master Account to reveal account number and password.
- What is the Account Number?
Account number is the first 12 digit number (e.g. 522542952669) beneath the scratch tape. It is used for transaction's authentication. Do not disclose this to anyone.

Password is the 4-digit number (e.g. 5732) after the account number. This too is available under the scratch area. Do not disclose this to anyone.
- What is a serial ID?
Serial Id is the 12 Digit Number visible on the backside of the ICW Master Account. This number is used for all queries. When a franchisee calls at customer care center, he can check all his details with this number. This number is provided so that a franchisee need not part with your account number and password during any queries.
- How can a franchisee block ICW Master Account in case it is lost or misplaced?
In case a franchisee looses or misplaces the card, he need to send an email with the Card Serial No. and his personal contact details (to verify authenticity of ownership of card) to help@itzcash.com. Also he can fax in his request addressed to customer care department with details to block the card via fax on 022 2618 5383.
- Can a franchisee transfer money from this account?
Money cannot be transferred to any account from this account.
- What is the validity of this account?
Validity of the account is 5 years from the date of activation.

- What is a ItzDish Card?
ItzDish Card is used to make distv subscription payments and make Insurance payments; ItzDish Card has been designed specially to give more offers to its users. The Card has is brought to you in association between Itz Cash Card Ltd. and dishtv.
- What are the services for which ItzDish Card can be used?
ItzDish can be used to renew dishtv subscription and to purchase Insurance products and make insurance payments on Star Health (www.starhealth.in) and Insurance Mall (www.insurancemall.in)
- How do I renew dishtv subscription with the Card on the internet?
- Visit http://www.dishtv.in, click on Instant Recharge banner which is there on the homepage.
- Enter V.C. No. or Registered Mobile No. and click on Submit, enter card Account No. and Password mentioned on the reverse of the card and click on confirm to renew your dishtv subscription.

- Visit www.itzdth.com and log in with your registered username and password or register if you are a new user.
- Select dishtv from the list of operators and select the recharge amount voucher as per your requirement.
- Make payment with your card by entering you card Account no. and Password, You will get the pin no. for the desired amount
- Keep the card with you until you get the online PIN delivery

if the information sent is correct and complete, the deduction from the card will be done as well as that much amount will be recorded against the VC No. sent in the SMS.

- How do I renew dishtv subscription with the Card on IVRS?
- Call 1860-180-8585 from MTNL/BSNL no.
- Select language to process the request i.e English, Hindi.
- Select your mode of payment as ItzCash.
- Enter 11 digits VC no. then Confirm VC no.
- Enter amount to be recharged (min Rs.100). t hen Confirm the amount.
- Enters 12 digits account no. & 4 digit password after the confirmation of transaction details.
On successful authentication you will receive a Transaction ID for recharged amount.
- What insurance payments can be paid with this card?

The entire card value is to be used in a single transaction.

As the entire amount on the card needs to be used-up in one payment hence the card can be used for either dishtv renewal or insurance payments.

ItzDish Cards are valid for 6 months from the usage or 12 months from date of manufacture, whichever is earlier.
