4. Is this a credit card or a debit card?
   No, this is neither a credit card nor a debit card. It is a multipurpose prepaid cash card, but has similar use like cash when paying online and on mobile which  do not accept cash.

   Check whether "ItzCash" is appearing on the scratch panel. Also ensure that the plastic pouch and the scratch area are not tampered with.

   If you have a lower value card then your transaction value you can buy another card and can transfer your amount to another card. You can purchase multiple ItzCash cards and transfer your balance in one master card. You just have to log on to our website www.itzcash.com and click on transfer balance link in your card status.

9. How can I see the statement of my card?
   You can log on to www.itzcash.com put your account no. and password on home page click on go and see where all your card has been used with date and time.

10. How do I get my Account number and Password?
    Scratch the scratch area of the card to reveal your Account number and password.

11. What is the Account Number?
    Account number is the first 12 digit number (e.g. 522542952669) beneath the scratch tape. It is used for transaction's authentication. Do not disclose this to anyone

12. What is the Password?
    Password is the 4-digit number (e.g. 5732) after the account number. This too is available under the scratch area. Do not disclose this to anyone

13. What is a serial ID?
    Serial Id is the 12 Digit Number Visible on the backside of the card. This number is used for all queries. When you call our customer care center, you can check all your details with this number. This number is provided so that you need not part with your account number and password during any queries.

14. How do I block my ItzCash Card in case I loose it or if it is misplaced?
    A – In case you loose or misplace your card, you need to send an email with the Card Serial No. and your personal contact details (to verify authenticity of ownership of card) to query@itzcash.com or help@itzcash.com, you can also fax in your request addressed to customer care department with details to block the card via fax on 022 2618 5383.
