Recently, it is observed that individuals are being lured by the fraudsters/antisocial elements that they have won a Lottery Prize and to claim it they are asked to buy ItzCash Card and disclose the card no. and four digit PASSWORD to such fraudsters. This disclosure amounts to loss of money contained in such cards.

It is important to note that Itz Cash Card Ltd. is not running or operating any lottery scheme and is not involved or party to any such lottery scheme/s and hence the cardholders are requested not to disclose the card no. and Password to anyone for any reason.

This notification is issued in public interest and to take care of the interest of our valued customers to inform that Itz Cash Card Ltd. is governed by RBI and is not a party to any Lottery Scheme and therefore not liable or responsible for any claim of whatever nature arising out of any such fraudulent Lottery Schemes.

If you receive any such call or come across any such incidence, you are requested to immediately inform Itz Cash Card Limited on 022-61125757 or e-mail us at help@itzcash.com.

Good news is that IRCTC has restarted the Rail ticketing business for agents. I would urge you to strictly avoid:

- The practice of overcharging the customer,
- Not use the customer login through fake individual id's to book tatkal tickets,
- Using robot forms for booking multiple tickets at one go which is illegal and is open for severe punishment.

I request all you to intimate us immediately on help@itzcash.com if you see/ find any agents indulging in this malpractice. We have fought tooth and nail with IRCTC to get the agent logins activated again and have requested them not to ban all the agents for the mistakes of a few unscrupulous agents. I am happy good sense has prevailed and now you all can do the ticketing service to your customers again.

It would be appropriate to inform you that IRCTC has the rights to levy severe financial penalties and or initiate legal prosecution including Civil/Criminal action against those agents who are found indulging in such practices. We strongly urge you to follow IRCTC's Do's and Don'ts strictly. You are also requested to put up the dos and don'ts in bold letters in your premises at a key location, visible to all your walk in customers.

Enter customer's personal details & click on "Pay" select ItzCash Card as the payment mode,
Select ICW Master Account option and continue to make payment.
Send the required documents by fax, post, courier service, or email to ICM insurance.
After authentication ICM Insurance will process the policy and dispatch it offline.
