Important Notification

Note IRCTC will impose the following penalties for failure to comply with Rules & Regulations-
i)Non collection of the requisition slip from the customer for booking/cancellation . A penalty of Rs.5000/- per complaint in the first instance and in the second instance permanent deactivation of agent ID.
ii)Agent outlet without display of sign board indicating the IRCTC instructions viz Service charges, Payment gateway charges, - A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per complaint in the first instance and in the second instance permanent deactivation of agent ID .
Dear Customers,
Recently, it is observed that individuals are being lured by the fraudsters/antisocial elements that they have won a Lottery Prize and to claim it they are asked to buy ItzCash Card and disclose the card no. and four digit PASSWORD to such fraudsters. This disclosure amounts to loss of money contained in such cards.
It is important to note that Itz Cash Card Ltd. is not running or operating any lottery scheme and is not involved or party to any such lottery scheme/s and hence the cardholders are requested not to disclose the card no. and Password to anyone for any reason.
This notification is issued in public interest and to take care of the interest of our valued customers to inform that Itz Cash Card Ltd. is governed by RBI and is not a party to any Lottery Scheme and therefore not liable or responsible for any claim of whatever nature arising out of any such fraudulent Lottery Schemes.
