NDPL customers to pay electricity bills online New Delhi, March 19, 2009 New Delhi, Mar 19, 2009 (Asia Pulse Data Source via COMTEX) -- Customers of North Delhi Power Limited (NDPL) will now be able to pay their electricity bills online.The NDPL has signed an agreement with Itz Cash Card Ltd to facilitate online payment of electricity bills for all its customers. This facility will bring help a broader spectrum of consumers to pay bills online, said an official of the Itz Cash Card Ltd.
