Declaration by Dealer
a) I/we shall not indulge in any illegal business with respect to the products and services of Dish TV ("the Company")
b) I/we shall not indulge in any lottery related activities in any manner whatsoever and shall bring any such thing into the notice of the Company immediately.
c) I shall adhere to the KYC requirement and shall submit all the necessary documents for the same.
d) I/we shall deploy appropriate virus scanners and anti-spy software in my/our computers.
e) I/we shall always follow the password policy circulated by the Company and shall NOT, under any circumstances, share my/our password with anyone.
f) As and when required, I/we shall provide such details as may be asked by the Company.
I/we hereby affirm that at all times during the terms of the Agreement. I shall be solely responsible for effective compliance of the aforementioned undertaking and in this regard. I hereby undertake to indemnify the Company against all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, proceedings, recoveries, judgments, costs, charges, penalties and expenses including but not limited to any statutory or civil liability, which may be made or brought or commenced against the Company or which the Company may or may have to bear, pay, or suffer on account of debts, liabilities and acts, whether direct or indirect, for any act/omission on my/our part in complying the same.
