Welcome to www.itzcashworld.com for making payment for Registration to become an outlet of OVERNITE EXPRESS LIMITED (Overnite) who has entered in to agreement with Interactive Tradex India Private Limited for providing Courier Services (i.e. collecting, carrying and delivering documents, packets, parcels etc., from one place to the other in India & Abroad) through its channel network in accordance with the instructions of their clients on the payment of a prescribed fee as agreed, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below.

By registering on www.itzcashworld.com to become outlet of Overnite to book courier parcels of the clients of Overnite, you explicitly understand, and agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, terms and conditions of use of website www.overnitenet.com/ocbweb of Overnite and with all applicable laws and regulations and consent that:

You are 18 years or over (in case of females and 21 years or over in case of males)
You are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.
You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
You have to fill-up the online Registration form from the link made available on this website to become an outlet of Overnite to provide courier services to customers.
You shall function within the framework of rules/procedures as laid down and prescribed by Overnite and shall also comply with all changes in such rules/procedures that may be introduced by Overnite and intimated in advance to user of this website, from time to time.
You are authorized to book only the documents or the business samples (big and/or small) as permitted under the Law of Carriers.
You are neither authorized under this agreement nor it will accept/book personal mail, cash (currency note), bearer cheques, contraband items, rukhas, jewellery, prohibited drugs, gold, silver or other precious metals, fire arms and ammunition, liquids, acid, chemicals, explosives etc. or anything that infringes the Indian Postal Act or the Indian Railways Act and/or the carriage by Air Act or any other Laws of the Land.
If you book the aforesaid prohibited items, whether knowingly or unknowingly, then you shall alone be responsible and liable for the contravention of the relevant provision of the law and Overnite or www.itzcashworld.com would in no case be a party to such malpractice/illegal act of yours and you have to work and act in accordance with the rules and regulations as prescribed by Overnite and also all the Laws of the Land.

You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of www.itzcashworld.com's competitors, including their contact details.

The Registration is deemed to have been entered into at Mumbai, India and the laws of India will govern the Registration. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting your registration including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 [Indian Act] at Mumbai before a sole Arbitrator.

ItzCash World (Franchisees) who are approved by Itz Cash Card Ltd. for Overnite Couriers Enrollment can avail this service.
