- The ItzCash card can only be obtained by individuals above 18 years of age.
- These terms and conditions as well as any amendments thereof are part of a contract between you and Itz Cash Card Limited (ICCL) and govern the use of ItzCash card.
- The buyer of ItzCash card is obligated to fill up the KYC form and submit it to any outlets mentioned in the booklet or on www.itzcash.com.
- ICCL shall charge a nominal fee on ItzCash card as prescribed from time to time for the cost of the card.
- Any duplication of an ItzCash card account will be subject to cancellation.
- An ItzCash card once submitted for purchase will not be cancelled.
- ICCL shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product/merchandise/goods or services availed through the ItzCash card. ICCL does not warranty against any damage or defect for the above mentioned transactions.
- The ItzCash card is not subject to redemption or renewal.
- ItzCash card and card number is the exclusive property of ICCL. You hereby unconditionally agree to destroy the card on its cancellation or if required to do so under our instructions.
- You agree to pay the full amount of the value of this ItzCash card.
- ICCL shall not be responsible for any misuse of the ItzCash card.
- ICCL reserves the right to amend or withdraw the ItzCash card without any prior notice.
- All disputes pertaining to ItzCash card will be resolved by ICCL at its sole discretion. Decision of ICCL in this regard shall be final.
- All transactions through ItzCash card are subject to applicable Indian laws.
- All dispute arising out of any transaction pertaining to the use of ItzCash card, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
