- The Itz Cash card can only be obtained by individuals above 18 years of age.
- These terms and conditions as well as any amendments thereof are part of a contract between you and Intrex India Limited and govern the use of Itz Cash card.
- Any duplication of an Itz Cash card account will be subject to cancellation.
- An Itz Cash card once submitted for purchase will not be cancelled.
- Intrex India Limited shall not be liable / responsible for any defect in the product/merchandise/goods or services availed through the Itz Cash card. Intrex India Limited does not warranty against any damage or defect for the above mentioned transactions.
- The Itz Cash card is not subject to redemption or renewal.
- ItzCash card and card number is the exclusive property of Intrex India Limited. You hereby unconditionally agree to destroy the card on its cancellation or if required to do so under our instructions.
- Youagree to pay the full amount of the value of this Itz Cash card.
- Intrex shall not be responsible for any misuse of the Itz Cash card.
- Intrex India Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Itz Cash card without any prior notice.
- All disputes pertaining to Itz Cash card will be resolved by Intrex India Limited at its sole discretion. Decision of Intrex India Limited in this regard shall be final.
- All transactions through Itz Cash card are subject to applicable Indian laws.
- Winning amount is to be claimed as per terms and conditions of Super Lotto, MaxLotto and ThunderBall. Validity of winning cards will be extended accordingly.
- The provision of Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 and the rules framed by the States of Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh will be applicable.
- All dispute arising out of any transaction pertaining to the use of Itz Cash card, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
